Go to AOL.com, Log in with your AOL ID and password.

Next, click on the "Spam Controls" link on the lower right side of your inbox screen. A "Mail and Spam Controls" box will appear.

Now click on the "Customer Sender" list link and choose the "Allow email from..." option.

Enter @therealauthority.com, then click "add".

Go to iCloud.com, and Log in with your Apple ID and password.

Now select "Contacts".

Click on the plus symbol (+) in the lower left and select "New Contact".

Enter @therealauthority.com. click on "Done" at the bottom right.

If you use the mail app on the iOS device under the same Apple ID as on other devices that you use for communication, then proceed as follows: Open the Mail app.

Tap the plus (+) in the top right and click "add".

Add the following domain: @therealauthority.com.

APPLE MAIL HOW-TO-GUIDE

Open the Apple Mail Application, It should already have your login information.

1) Go to: "Mail" —> "Preferences" —> "Rules".

Add Rule, and name the new rule “Whitelist”
-
For the new rule: Choose if Any of the following conditions are met. Choose "From" in the first drop down and "Ends With" in the second drop down. Then in the text field to the right of the "Ends With" drop down, type @therealauthority.com.

In the "Perform the following actions" section, choose "Move Message" in the first drop down and "Inbox" in the second drop down. NOTE: Even if "Inbox" is already selected in the second drop down, you still need to click the second drop down and choose "Inbox" again for Apple Mail to register the choice.

"Save". That's it!
GMAIL HOW-TO-GUIDE

Go to Gmail.com, Login with your GMAIL ID and password.

In the upper-right corner, select the "Settings" (gear) icon. From the menu, choose "Settings".

Select "Filters and Blocked Addresses" at the top.

Select "Create a new filter". If you already have many filters, you'll have to scroll down to find this link.
-
To allow every email address from The Real Authority, type just that domain name, like @therealauthority.com.
-
At the bottom of the dialog box, select "Create filter".
-
On the next screen, tell Gmail what to do with the domain you just indicated. To do so, select "Never send it to Spam". To finish the process, select "Create filter".

"Save". That's it!

Go to Outlook.com, Login with your Outlook Email and password.

Go to "Settings".
-
Open your Safe Senders settings.
-
Under Safe senders and domains, enter @therealauthority.com, and select Add.

OUTLOOK WEB MAIL HOW-TO-GUIDE

Open the Outlook Application, It should already have your login information.

On the Ribbon, from the Home tab, in the Delete group, select "Junk".

From the drop-down list, select "Junk E-mail Options".

Select the Safe Senders tab.
-
Click "Add".
-
In the Add address or domain dialog box, type @therealauthority.com.

Click "OK". In the Junk E-mail Options dialog box, click "Apply" to save your changes. That's it!

Sign in to Spectrum Email with your Spectrum email and password.

Select the "Settings" tab.

Select "Filters & Blocked Senders".

Select "Add" and enter @therealauthority.com.

Go to Xfinity.com, Log in using your Xfinity Email and password.

Click on the gear icon on the top-right corner.

Click "Email Settings".

On the left menu, under Mail, choose Advanced Settings.

On the Advanced Settings page, check the box next to Use email safe list.

Click Add an email address.
-
Enter @therealauthority.com, and click "Add".

To enable and disable the email safe list, click "Use email safe list".
If the checkbox is checked, the Email Safe List is enabled. -

Go to Yahoo.com, Log in with your Yahoo ID and password.

Click "Settings" in your email.

Select "More Settings".

Click "Filters" in the left panel.

Select "Add new filters".

Set it to any name you like. Under Set rules, click "From" to open up the menu. Then click the pull down menu and choose "contains". Underneath it add the name of the domain, @therealauthority.com.

In the pull-down menu for "Move the message to," choose "Inbox". The pull-down menu is under "Choose a folder to move to".

"Save". That's it!
